I have sure been missing friendship lately – especially the big, loud, fun groups. You know – the kind that light up a home or restaurant. The type that when you hear it you wonder how you can get into a crazy group like that!? It has me brainstorming on how we can bring it back in a way in which everyone is comfortable. As we move into the holiday season, I do not want to lose the joy and festivity, and I know many of you do not as well.
I am learning through my reading of “Safe People” by Cloud & Townsend that relationship, good relationship, is necessary. It is how we feel, share and accept love. It is one way that God reveals himself – through the love and life of others. It has me itching to throw a party! And it is exactly what I am going to do (in a creatively, responsible way).
