At NancyDeanne.com (the “Site”) our community members are our highest priority. If you purchase an item on our Site that arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of arrival. We handle all return requests on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making sure your purchased items are delivered in proper condition. When a return request is accepted, we will issue all refunds to the original form of payment on your order upon our receipt back of the defective or damaged item (return postage paid by us, of course).
Please note that this Return Policy only applies to purchases made directly on NancyDeanne.com and does not apply to purchases made on third party sites that you may link to from our Site. All purchases made on third party sites are the responsibility of the third party.
