Summer time is here and it could not come soon enough! There are so many titles I had in mind for this week’s blog – transition, rest, testing – but after a long week I am feeling strongly it is time for a summer break. I am taking the advice we all give each other, “what would a good friend tell you to do?”. It is a wonderful form of self-care and time for me to follow suit.
This past week we all have been dealing with global unrest from pandemic and inequality. In addition to a surprise flood in part of my home, on top of the usual puppy training and marriage counseling, I have reached a tipping point of needing to pull back a bit to rest, reflect and refocus. Coming out of struggle causes us to stop and refocus and this summer has caught me at “stop”. While my weekly blogs and business to-do’s will be on summer break, my Bible Study FB page with my beautiful friend Cari is still going strong – feel free to join in on-line by clicking here.
I look forward to coming back, healthier and refreshed this fall. Hope you all enjoy your summer! Big hugs ~ Nancy
