Greetings from quarantined life! This week was the wall for me – how about you? I think we all reach our limits at different times and with the news of fines/jail time for non-essential outings; my limit has been reached. UGH! If you are feeling discouraged, frustrated, anxious and tired – I am with you. Here is what I am going to do about it.
I typically post on Saturdays; however, this blog is going out on Friday evening because I want one day of no screens (TV, phone, Ipad – nothing). The goal is one full day to pray, meditate, read something inspiring, sit in the sun and set a few goals. The hope is to get in a mini reset. To see which of these work to help bring my mind back to an elevated place of joy, worship, gratitude and full of love. It’s time to pour into ourselves with the good stuff and drill down on what truly brings us each joy and fulfillment.
I’ve titled this week’s blog “TBD” – the results are To Be Determined and I’ll be excited to share next week what brought me joy. Hope you will share what brings you joy each day in the hopes that we can inspire each other!

Thank you for taking the lead and really putting into practice what most of us only say we hope to do. My philosophy about negative news is that if nothing would change in my world, then reading about it over and over is not helpful. That goes for this virus, politics, etc. I prefer my screen time to be mostly comedies and upbeat things and inspiration. Thank you for bringing that to us every week!
